1. Data processing
According to art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) I inform that:
- The administrator of your personal data is Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła, ul. Podchorążych 10, 64-920 Piła.
- The data protection officer is Bogdan Wawiernia, e-mail: iod@ans.pila.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct the qualification procedure for studies. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668).
- Your personal data will not be shared with other recipients.
- Your personal data will be kept for a period of 6 months in the event of not being admitted to the first year of studies and 50 years of enrollment in studies.
- In terms of your personal data, you have the right to:
- requests from the administrator to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing or to object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodging a complaint to the supervisory body.
- Providing personal data is a statutory requirement and is necessary in order to apply for admission to studies. If the data is not provided, it is impossible to apply for admission to studies.
- Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
